Artículo 1679
PROHIBICIONES DE SUBARRIENDO Y CESIÓN DE NAVES
El arrendatario no podrá subarrendar o ceder en forma alguna el contrato, sin autorización del arrendador. El subarrendamiento se sujetará a lo prescrito en el artículo anterior.
