Artículo 1214
CONSENTIMIENTO DEL ACREEDOR HIPOTECARIO
Para la constitución de prenda sobre bienes muebles reputados como inmuebles por el Código Civil, en caso de existir hipoteca sobre el bien a que están incorporados, se requiere el consentimiento del acreedor hipotecario.
