DEPÓSITO EN INTERÉS DE TERCEROS Y RESTITUCIÓN

Si la cosa se depositare también en interés de tercero y éste hubiere comunicado su conformidad al depositante y al depositario, no podrá restituirse la cosa sin consentimiento del tercero.
