OBLIGACIÓN DE ACEPTAR PAGO PARCIAL CON BIENES EXCUTIDOS
Si los bienes excutidos no produjeren más que un pago parcial de la deuda, será sin embargo el acreedor obligado a aceptarlo, y no podrá reconvenir al fiador sino por la parte insoluta.
