OBLIGACIONES DEL INTERESADO
Si el negocio ha sido bien administrado, cumplirá el interesado las obligaciones que el gerente ha contraído en la gestión, y le reembolsará las expensas útiles o necesarias. El interesado no es obligado a pagar salario alguno al gerente. Si el negocio ha sido mal administrado, el gerente es responsable de los perjuicios. Concordancias
