ACCIÓN CAMBIARIA DEL TENEDOR POR SALDO INSOLUTO
El almacén anotará en el bono las cantidades pagadas y, por el saldo insoluto, el tenedor tendrá acción cambiaria contra el tenedor del certificado que haya constituido el crédito prendario y contra los endosantes avalistas del bono de prenda.
