DEFINICIÓN DE AUTORIDAD AERONÁUTICA
Por "autoridad aeronáutica" se entiende el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil o la entidad que en el futuro asuma las funciones que actualmente desempeña dicha Jefatura. Corresponde a esta autoridad dictar los reglamentos aeronáuticos.
