RESPONSABILIDAD DEL ASEGURADOR POR PÉRDIDAS CAUSADAS POR LA DEMORA
El asegurador no será responsable por pérdida alguna que tenga como causa una demora, aunque ésta, a su vez, haya sido ocasionada por un peligro cubierto por el seguro.
