EXIGENCIA DE REEMBOLSO DE ANTICIPOS Y COBRO DE EMOLUMENTOS POR EL AGENTE
El agente marítimo podrá exigir el reembolso de los anticipos que haya hecho por cuenta del armador o del capitán y cobrar los emolumentos a que tenga derecho.
