Artículo 1283
RENUNCIA DEL MANDATARIO POR JUSTA CAUSA
Si el mandato ha sido pactado en interés del mandante o de un tercero, sólo podrá renunciarlo el mandatario por justa causa, so pena de indemnizar los perjuicios que al mandante o al tercero ocasione la renuncia abusiva.
