CARÁCTER INDEMNIZATORIO DE LOS AMPAROS
Los amparos de gastos que tengan un carácter de daño patrimonial, como gastos médicos, clínicos, quirúrgicos o farmacéuticos tendrán carácter indemnizatorio y se regularán por las normas del Capítulo II cuando éstas no contraríen su naturaleza.
