PLURALIDAD O COEXISTENCIA DE SEGUROS-CONDICIONES
Hay pluralidad o coexistencia de seguros cuando éstos reúnan las condiciones siguientes: 1) Diversidad de aseguradores; 2) Identidad de asegurado; 3) Identidad de interés asegurado, y 4) Identidad de riesgo.
