PAGO DE INDEMNIZACIÓN POR EL VALOR DE REPOSICIÓN O DE REEMPLAZO Lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior no obsta para que las partes, al contratar el seguro, acuerden el pago de la indemnización por el valor de reposición o de reemplazo del bien asegurado, pero sujeto, si a ello hubiere lugar, al límite de la suma asegurada.
