Artículo 1057
TÉRMINO DESDE EL CUAL SE ASUMEN LOS RIESGOS
En defecto de estipulación o de norma legal, los riesgos principiarán a correr por cuenta del asegurador a la hora veinticuatro del día en que se perfeccione el contrato.
