DIVISIÓN DE LA GESTION
Si se constituyen dos o más mandatarios, y el mandante no ha dividido la gestión, podrán dividirla entre sí los mandatarios; pero si se les ha prohibido obrar separadamente, lo que hicieren de este modo será nulo. Concordancias
