AUSENCIA DE NOTIFICACIÓN O ACEPTACIÓN
No interviniendo la notificación o aceptación sobredichas podrá el deudor pagar al cedente, o embargarse el crédito por acreedores del cedente; y en general, se considerará existir el crédito en manos del cedente respecto del deudor y terceros. Concordancias
