EXTENSIÓN DE LA ACCIÓN DE PETICIÓN DE HERENCIA A LOS AUMENTOS
Se extiende la misma acción no solo a las cosas que al tiempo de la muerte pertenecían al difunto, sino a los aumentos que posteriormente haya tenido la herencia. Concordancias
