COEXISTENCIA DE TESTAMENTOS
Un testamento no se revoca tácitamente en todas sus partes por la existencia de otro u otros posteriores. Los testamentos posteriores que expresamente no revoquen los anteriores, dejarán subsistentes en estos las disposiciones que no sean incompatibles con las posteriores o contrarias a ellas.
