Artículo 1070
TESTAMENTO SOLEMNE Y ABIERTO
El testamento solemne y abierto debe otorgarse ante el respectivo notario o su suplente y tres testigos. Todo lo que en el presente Código se diga acerca del notario, se entenderá respecto del suplente de éste en ejercicio, en su caso.
